The Hospitality and House Keeper is primarily focused on the resort and making sure guests are happy, served, and their rooms are properly maintained.  

Our guests are our top priority. When the resort is busy with guests, all staff share the necessary duties.

  • Always smile, greet, be friendly to the guests.
  • Occasionally, ask if they need anything and if their room is OK.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Cook. Responsible for guest food preparation, cooking, and serving.
  • Room Makeup and Guest Preparation.
    • Launder bedding and towels
    • Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner
    • Coffee and creamer in VIP and Family Rooms
    • Cleaning
    • Changing/washing curtains quarterly.
  • Room pre-inspection just prior to arrival
    • Restock Mini-bar according to check list.
    • Plug in and test AV equipment and refrigerator.
    • Ensure coffee, creamer, and kettle in guest rooms.
  • Room post inspection (while guest is checking out)
    • Check Mini-bar inventory. Report anything consumed.
    • Inspect cupboard and drawers for guest belongings. Return anything found.
    • Check for missing towels, fixtures, kettle, equipment and DVDs.
    • Ensure water heat is off
    • Unplug appliances

Store Duties:

  • Help with customers when required.
  • Help stock fridge and shelves when necessary.  

Secondary Duties:

  • Share laundry and ironing duties.
  • Help maintain water supply in towers.
  • Clean freezer monthly.
  • Help with dishes and cleanup.
  • General Resort Cleaning (as per check list)
