Title: Maintenance and General Help
Requirements: Driver’s License
The maintenance and general helper is responsible for running necessary errands and pick-up and drop off of guests to the city, and bus and ferry terminals in San Carlos. As general helper and handyman, he is responsible for various daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, and assisting with any projects for the resort.
Our guests are our top priority. When the resort is busy with guests, all staff share the necessary duties.
- Always smile, greet, be friendly to the guests.
- Occasionally, ask if they need anything, if their room is OK.
- Assist guests with luggage, beach equipment and other needs as required
- Help with food preparation, cooking, and serving when required. Will train on Western BBQ.
- Help with dishes and cleanup when required.
- Cover with store duty when required.
Driver
- Customer pickup and drop off to ferry and bus terminals
- Run various errands to the city. (Shopping, Store Inventory, Vegetable Market)
- Special guest requests. (Tucky Tours)
Guest Responsibilities:
- Maintain Beach
- Help guests with beach equipment.
- Clean Kayaks, inner tubes and life jackets when guests are finished.
- Maintain Supply of firewood, help guests with campfires.
- Assist with island hopping and kayak tours
General Maintenance
- Ensure all lights functioning
- Ensuring Electric Fans and other electric equipment are working and clean at all times
- Maintain Drinking water
- Share in feeding, care, washing and training of guard dogs.
- Keep water towers full.
- Cleaning and care of tuk-tuk, truck, boats, tools, garage, generator, BBQs and equipment.
- Ant and pest control.
- Clean aircon filters monthly
- Shake Fire extinguishers monthly

- Painting and refinishing
- Minor plumbing and electrical repair?
- Power wash concreate.
